This session will be offered every Sunday via Zoom from the comfort of your home. 

Start time : 8:30am PST / 11:30 am EST

Length : 45 mins per session

Targeting : Full Body

Equipment : Bodyweight and light weights.

Registration : Best to register a few days before each session, this way I have enough time to have you complete a brief assessment before our session.

Who is this for : Individuals who are looking to get into shape, start an active lifestyle, start working out, lose weight, get a good sweat session, build endurance and keep active.

January Bootcamp

Bootcamp sundays was just awesome. Each and every sunday I looked forward to get all wet and sweaty with the team. Exercising is not my thing however I had involved in the bootcamp. I was highly motivated by the team and the instructor herself. This was a great one. The different types of exercises worked on different areas of my body. I loved it. Hope she will do another one soon.

January Bootcamp

Bootcamp Sundays in January was the perfect way to start my mornings. It was a great sweat and an effective workout. I loved the different exercises of varying intensities for different fitness levels so I could do lower intensity version when I was tired. The countdown provided by Gijah and the encouraging words were an effective push for me. Also appreciated the moments when she watched each member and made or explained adjustments needed to our forms so we could get maximum results from each exercise. The group experience also provided motivation as we pushed each other to work harder. It was such a great experience that provided a great burst of energy to start my day. I hope she does another one soon! Loved the euphoria from a great sweat even though it was hard work to complete the routine each week. I would definitely do this again, can't wait!!
