Elite- Personalized Fitness Coaching

The Gijah Elite- Personalized Fitness and Coaching sessions are designed to give you my individualized attention while we work together to achieve your fitness and wellness goals. For these sessions we connect via Zoom from the comfort of our homes. These fitness programs are designed specifically for you and will change in order to target different muscle groups which will assist in helping us to reach your desired goals.

What we offer:

15 mins free consultation, recommended meal ideas based on your fitness goals, weekly workout schedule, 45 mins Zoom session once per week and access to Gijah via Whatsapp.

Requires an initial commitment of at least 3 months. After the first three months you have the option to pay monthly if you desire.

TIMES OFFERED: We work together to determine the ideal times for both parties for these sessions. However, these sessions are offered at 45 minutes once per week via Zoom, as well as commitment to work on your own.

All Personalized coaching sessions end on December 15 of each year and resume the second week of January the following year. Any sessions which are not completed in the present year before December 15, will carry forward to the following year.

RATE: Our introductory rates have ended. The new rates and sessions are paid for on a quarterly, semi-annually and monthly after the first 3 months. 

Three Months fee: $225 USD

Six Months fee: $450 USD

One Month fee: $75 USD

Waiver: You will need to sign a waiver releasing Gijah Fitness & Lifetstyle and any of its affiliates from any liability pertaining to any injury which may occur while taking part in these Zoom sessions or for any injury which may occur as a result of participating in same sessions.
